        Guys, I know most of you think that Yoga is only for women and not much of a workout.  I’m here to tell you that you’d be wrong on both counts.

        ​

        There are 12 million men in the US that practice Yoga.  As far as not being much of a workout, your sweat-soaked shirt, and aching muscles that you didn’t even know you had will prove otherwise.

        ​

        Also, don’t be surprised if, as you struggle at the start to understand the terms and the moves, that the women beside you seem to breeze through the session.

        But don’t worry, Angela is a fantastic instructor and stresses it’s not a competition.

        ​

        Practicing Yoga will benefit you both physically and mentally.  Angela is a flexible instructor who easily leads both the beginner in their practice while also working with more accomplished practitioners.

        ​

        There’s no better way to aid your physical and mental well-being than to practice Yoga with Angela.
